Your card will be charged on the day you place your order. We make every attempt to send your order on the next business day after it is placed, but occasionally due to high order volume or backorders, this is not always possible.

For all Verikira Naturals purchases, sales tax will be charged where Verikira Naturals is required to charge tax. We will charge the applicable taxes in the following states: Minnesota. Orders processed for all other U.S. states do not require Verikira Naturals to charge sales tax at this time.

There are many reasons for a failed credit card transaction. Your card may have expired, reached its limit, or the credit card computer may have experienced a glitch. If you have problems, please contact us at customerservice@verikira.com. Please provide us with any error message numbers you may have received, as well as your order number.
You will need to place separate orders for each address or person to which you would like to send a gift.
If you select the gift wrap option, all items in an order will be gift wrapped. If you only want some items gift wrapped, you will have to place separate orders.

We currently ship throughout the United States. Unfortunately, we currently cannot accept orders from other countries.
As quickly as possible. Once you submit your order, it is sent to our shipping department and we do our best to ship your products within 1-2 business days.
We can either ship standard or rush. We have selected UPS as our premier delivery service in the United States. Your order will be shipped standard UPS Ground delivery. We import shipping charges directly from UPS. All shipping charges are based on both the weight and size of your order, as well as where it is being shipped (all packages originate in Eden Prairie, MN). We also offer Rush shipping options within the continental United States.
Although we try to maintain inventory of all products, occasionally we run short and it results in a backorder. Normally, the product will become available within a week or two. You will receive an e-mail notification as soon as the product ships.
Yes, we want you to be pleased with your Verikira Naturals products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to exchange it or refund the credit card used for the purchase. Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of shipment.
