ORDERING INFORMATION

• Is my credit card information secure online?

Yes, we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to ensure that your information is safe. For more security information, please visit our Privacy Policy.

• What credit cards can I use to purchase products?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

• When will my credit cards be charged?

Your card will be charged on the day you place your order. We make every attempt to send your order on the next business day after it is placed, but occasionally due to high order volume or backorders, this is not always possible.

• How will the charge appear on my credit card?

Your purchases will appear as Verikira Naturals on your credit card statement.

• Do I have to pay sales tax?

For all Verikira Naturals purchases, sales tax will be charged where Verikira Naturals is required to charge tax. We will charge the applicable taxes in the following states: Minnesota. Orders processed for all other U.S. states do not require Verikira Naturals to charge sales tax at this time.

• What address should I enter in the billing information screen?

For credit card verification, you must enter the address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.

• Why are you not accepting my particular credit card?

There are many reasons for a failed credit card transaction. Your card may have expired, reached its limit, or the credit card computer may have experienced a glitch. If you have problems, please contact us at customerservice@verikira.com. Please provide us with any error message numbers you may have received, as well as your order number.

GIFT WRAP

• Can I send individual items/gifts to multiple recipients or multiple addresses?

You will need to place separate orders for each address or person to which you would like to send a gift.

• How does the gift wrap work for multiple items?

If you select the gift wrap option, all items in an order will be gift wrapped. If you only want some items gift wrapped, you will have to place separate orders.

• Can I deliver a gift message?

Yes, your gift message will be printed on our gift card and delivered with the package.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

• Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship throughout the United States. Unfortunately, we currently cannot accept orders from other countries.

• How fast is my order processed?

As quickly as possible. Once you submit your order, it is sent to our shipping department and we do our best to ship your products within 1-2 business days.

• What shipping options are available?

We can either ship standard or rush. We have selected UPS as our premier delivery service in the United States. Your order will be shipped standard UPS Ground delivery. We import shipping charges directly from UPS. All shipping charges are based on both the weight and size of your order, as well as where it is being shipped (all packages originate in Eden Prairie, MN). We also offer Rush shipping options within the continental United States.

• When will my backorder be shipped?

Although we try to maintain inventory of all products, occasionally we run short and it results in a backorder. Normally, the product will become available within a week or two. You will receive an e-mail notification as soon as the product ships.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

• Can I return my Verikira Naturals purchase?

Yes, we want you to be pleased with your Verikira Naturals products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to exchange it or refund the credit card used for the purchase. Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of shipment.



• Complete the RETURN FORM at the bottom of your original sales receipt or packing slip. All information must be complete in order to process a credit or exchange.
  
  
• Return the dissatisfied product, in Verikira Naturals packaging if possible, along with the original sales receipt or packing slip and statement of your preference for credit or exchange to:

• Ship the package via an insured courier (UPS, FedEx, USPS Parcel Post). Keep your shipment receipt in case the package is damaged or lost in transit. Verikira Naturals cannot guarantee credit for your return without confirmation of delivery to us.
